Coronavirus  Covid-19 Policy

Current Government thinking is that accommodation can reopen in step 3 which they suggest will likely not be before 4th July.  Given this we have revised our policy for  all bookings with an arrival date on or before Friday 3rd July 2020.

In the first instance guests should approach their insurance company and we will provide any necessary documentation.  If there is no insurance, guests  may request a change to the start date of their booking by up to 12 months, subject to availability. We will waive any administration charges for the change but depending on the cost of the accommodation of the new booking, you may have to make a further payment or may receive a partial refund with respect to the cost of accommodation.  Alternatively, if you wish, we will refund your deposit.

If your holiday starts on or after the 4th July 2020, for now, our standard terms and conditions apply, but we will monitor the advice of the UK government and we will update the policy if required.

All paid for ferry crossings booked through us are fully refundable on request.  If you booked crossings direct with the ferry companies please check their policy.
