The Steam Railway offers a unique and nostalgic experience, combining the thrill of an egg hunt with the charm of vintage trains.

Children’s Garlic Bread Making Workshops at The Garlic Farm

The Garlic Farm in Newchurch is offering daily garlic bread-making workshops for children from April 5th to April 20th. These workshops are held in a tractor trailer classroom next to the farm shop entrance. Kids can learn how to make delicious garlic bread from scratch, and no pre-booking is required. Tickets can be purchased on the day from the farm shop on a first-come, first-served basis. This hands-on activity is a great way for children to learn new skills and enjoy a fun, interactive experience.

Easter Pick-a-Pearl at Isle of Wight Pearl

For a truly unique island experience, head to Brighstone for the Easter Pick-a-Pearl event. Participants can pick their own oyster and discover the gem within. The Akoya pearl will be valued, and visitors will learn what makes it so unique. This event runs throughout April and offers a fascinating insight into the world of pearls. It’s a perfect activity for those looking to try something different and take home a special keepsake.
