We now have an account with Hovertravel, so are able to book discounted foot passenger tickets from Southsea to Ryde.  This is a great opportunity to use Europe’s only commercial hovercraft route, with a flight to the Island lasting just 8 minutes.

We are also able to offer guests cheap day trips from the Island to Southsea / Portsmouth on the hovercraft.

If you are arriving by foot for holidays at any of our properties, we can offer tickets from Southampton to East Cowes (Red Funnel), Portsmouth to Ryde Pier Head (Wightlink) and Southsea to Ryde (Hovertravel).  For ease of onward travel we recommend arriving on the Island via Ryde.
