High Street Suites 3 Accommodation
Living roomBecause of stairs to the apartment, which is on the first floor, the apartment is not suitable for immobile disabled and we regret that pets cannot be accommodated. High Street Suites 3 is a no smoking apartment. Electricity together with bed linen and towels are included. There is electric heating and Wifi is available throughout the apartment (WPA encrypted – password supplied), although no PC is provided. All rooms have doors onto the central hallway, no rooms are accessed through other rooms.

The whole of the front of apartment, with a bay window overlooking the High Street, is taken up with a very large living / dining / kitchen room with an oak floor, original Victorian cornicing and a 12 arm crystal chandelier. The (non-working) fireplace is topped by a large ornate mirror.

Kitchen areaLiving area: a leather massage armchair, a three seater bed settee, flat screen High Definition smart TV with Freesat built-in, Blu-ray player, DVDs and a wide range of books including local walking books and maps.
Dining area: There is a glass topped table and four chairs in the bay. Crockery, cutlery and glasses for six people.
Kitchen area: Included are a Neff ceramic hob, Neff double electric oven and grill, built in fridge and freezer, microwave cooker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washer/dryer, cooking implements, pots and pans. An iron and ironing board.

Access
The apartment is on Ventnor High Street and has a dedicated parking space directly behind the building.
